Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

omg do not sleep on this! my two mastiffs, who are VERY sensitive to touch etc, ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS! they come to me and paw at this thing because they want to be vacuumed! I never thought they would LOVE THIS! I thought at most they'd just tolerate it. so I started off slow with cookies and encouragement but once they started to feel how awesome it felt well now they come to ME and no cookies needed!!! I still give them a cookie when we're done because they're a good girl/boy but yeah that's it. if you have a shedding dog you need this!!!

fantastic pet vacuum. the sound is very quiet and still has a decent amount of suction. the clippers are powered through a cable running through the tube, which i did not expect. unfortunately, there was no storage stand for the attachments as seen in the pictures, but that's not an issue. the vacuum itself has an Asian style outlet plug but comes with an adapter for your respective region.
It works very well! My dogs have fluffy fur so the canister kept it from flying around as they were groomed. It’s way easier to groom them now.

This is amazing! It works like a charm, I absolutely recommend this to any pet owner. I have two huskies, the depot is a bit small for them but emptying it is so easy so, we can use it continuously anyways. I wish I had discovered this earlier. The only downside is shipping, which takes about a month or so but it's so worth it!!! Thank you :)
